Consent Policy

In 2026, awareness of the concept of consent has significantly increased across society. For this reason, Girls Escort Amsterdam Agency has developed a clear and structured Consent Policy.

In this Policy, we explain what we understand by consent, how consent must be obtained, and the consequences if consent is absent.

1. Purpose of This Policy

As a high-class escort service mediator, Girls Escort Amsterdam Agency facilitates Bookings between one or more Escorts and one or more Clients. Our objective is to create an experience that is pleasant, respectful, and worthy of repetition.

The experience may include various forms of intimacy, including social, emotional, and sexual interaction.

Due to the intimate nature of the services and the existence of a financial component, there is an increased risk of sexually transgressive behavior.

This Consent Policy has been established to prevent any party involved from experiencing a Booking as transgressive at any stage.

2. Legal Considerations

Article 11 of the Dutch Constitution provides that every person has the right to the inviolability of their body, subject to limitations imposed by law.

It is firmly established under Dutch law that sexual acts cannot be forced, including in situations where financial compensation is involved.

Since 2017, the concept of sexually transgressive behavior has gained widespread recognition. Serious consequences apply to severe forms of sexual harassment, particularly in contexts where a power imbalance exists.

A Booking involves three parties:

The Escort
The Client

Although no formal relationship of subordination exists, the financial component of a Booking may create a situational power dynamic.

All three parties must recognize this potential risk and adhere strictly to the standards outlined in this Policy.

3. Definition of Consent

The absence of transgressive behavior does not automatically constitute consent.

Consent cannot be:

Assumed
Inferred automatically
Purchased through payment

Payment by the Client does not grant the right to:

Impose behavior
Demand sexual acts
Force actions
Require the display of sexual conduct

Payment represents a limited-service agreement with a professional, but first and foremost with a human being whose bodily autonomy remains fully protected at all times.

4. Reasonable Expectations

The Client may reasonably expect:

Time
Attention
Effort

However, the Client may never expect or claim an obligation of sexual performance.

Consent is not a static concept. It:

Differs from person to person
May vary from one Booking to another
May evolve over time
It is influenced by context and circumstances

Consent is a continuous and reciprocal process that requires active communication and mutual respect.

5. Achieving Consent During a Booking

Reading and understanding this Policy already constitutes an important first step. The following principles are essential to ensure valid consent during a Booking.

5.1 Start and Continue the Conversation

Parties should openly discuss desires, expectations, and boundaries.

Appropriate questions include:

“May I?”
“Do you like this?”
“Are you comfortable?”

Both parties should regularly verify that the other feels safe and at ease.

5.2 Do Not Make Assumptions

The absence of resistance does not constitute consent.

Consent may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time.

If signs of discomfort, pain, emotional tension, or hesitation arise, the activity must immediately stop.

5.3 Active and Passive Roles

A distinction exists between:

An active role, meaning the initiator
A passive role, meaning the receiving party

Even if the activity appears identical, the experience and comfort level may differ depending on the role.

It is essential to confirm that the other person is comfortable with the specific role they are assuming.

5.4 Use Common Sense

Respect established boundaries at all times.

Do not alter agreed rules in moments of impulse or emotional intensity.

Remain attentive to verbal and nonverbal emotional signals.

5.5 Respect Boundaries

If a boundary is expressed:

There is no room for negotiation
No attempt should be made to persuade
No pressure may be created

Exploration of boundaries may only occur:

5.6 Take Personal Responsibility

Every adult involved in a Booking is responsible for:

Clearly expressing personal boundaries
Clearly expressing personal desires

Failure to communicate limits does not create consent, and silence shall never be interpreted as approval.

5.7 Mutual Clarity

No one can read another person’s thoughts.

“Yes” means yes.

“No” means no.

Ambiguity must always be resolved through communication.

6. Zero Tolerance Policy

The concept of consent continues to evolve. Situations may arise in which intentions were not fully clear and complete consent was not properly established.

Such situations may serve as learning moments, provided that:
